Tom Delaney Capital is a London-based financial firm that acts as a capital raiser for various investors and businesses across all sectors. Our primary funding partner is interested in opportunities from $50m to billions, but will consider $25m and above if the opportunity is highly compelling. While we can facilitate transactions of most sizes, certain requirements and checklists must be met to qualify. Very soon, we will be partnered with an international private equity company that is constantly seeking funding for their UK, EU and USA real estate projects. Tom Delaney Capital will receive the funds in a ring-fenced account and then proceed to deploy them into real estate projects.
